– All rides must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees.
– We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– All services are provided under California state laws and TCP (Charter-Party Carrier of Passengers) regulations.
– Payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment platforms such as Zelle or Venmo, when previously agreed.
